Our commitments

• Every item is logged at the point it arrives

  Intake happens at the receiving desk, not later from memory. Line items carry category, quantity, condition, and the need they filled.

• Valuation uses conservative fair-market ranges

  We publish the ranges we use by category and default to the low end. Staff can override any line, and overrides are recorded with the name of who made them.

• Organizations own their data and their reports

  Quarterly in-kind summaries export as CSV and PDF for boards, grant reports, and audits. Nothing is aggregated into a sales pitch without permission.

• We say what we don't know

  Where an item's value can't be estimated responsibly, it's logged as unvalued rather than padded. Unvalued items show up in reports as their own line.
